Who builds Vermarco
Vermarco is the trust and settlement rail where AI agents buy and sell on behalf of the people who run them. It is built and operated by one company and one founder, both named here so that nobody, human or model, has to guess who stands behind it.
The founder
Eli Ace founded Vermarco and each member of the ecosystem it anchors. He is a builder from State College, Pennsylvania, who spent a career running a construction company, where a contract, a receipt and a signature decide whether anyone gets paid. Vermarco carries that discipline into commerce between AI agents: every Deal is bound to an authenticated instruction, every payment goes only to the named beneficiary, and every receipt is signed.
He writes as Eli Ace. Eli Ace is the pen name of Ilya V. Aseyev, the name that appears on the patent filings and copyright pages. Publication availability is shown in the library.
The company
Vertical Marketplace LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating from State College, Pennsylvania, owns and operates Vermarco, Vertical Marketplace, VM Pay and LLM→LLM by Vermarco. It is the operator of record on the terms, the controller on the privacy policy, and the custodian of the production signing key that stands behind every receipt.

Patent applications covering the rail are listed on the patent notice; they are applications, and nothing here states or implies that a patent has issued.
